Global Community Manager

Primary Roles

  1. The person who truly loves and understands Real VR Fishing and this community

  2. The person who is active within various communities (Facebook / Discord) and has experience managing them

  3. The person who has achieved good results through managing and collaborating with Influencers

  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  5. Creative thinker with fresh ideas to activate our community

  6. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to bring initiatives

Primary Reponsibilities

  1. Analytics (collecting and reporting data from our social channels)

  2. Content creation (posts on our social content - both written and visual)

  3. Customer support (dealing with inquiries from our users via email, communities, and live chat)

  4. Influencer relations (nurturing relationships with high-profile brand ambassadors) Copywriting (email marketing and in-game copy)

What you will do

Community Engagement

  • Create content, including editorial posts for use across multiple channels, polls, and contests to engage the community, build loyal fans and spread positive sentiment.

  • Help the team to develop a community management strategy

  • Develop innovative community management practices as we grow our game

  • Monitor, report, and drive key community engagement performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, player sentiment)

Community Moderation

  • Build excitement and relationships on behalf of our game(s) by contributing to community engagement programs and monitoring community sites and forums

  • Manage (RVRF) community with an eye toward encouraging good community behavior and improving the overall tone of the community sites and forums

  • Extend program beyond (RVRF) websites to build external relationships with community partners such as fan sites, influencers, players, teams, and volunteers

Player Feedback

  • Provide meaningful feedback to game teams on the community’s sentiment, concerns, and suggestions

  • Help evaluate and manage new tools to provide better feedback based on solid metrics and analysis

Communications

  • Interface with other departments to represent and lobby for community interests. In particular, draft requirement documents for new initiatives being developed by other teams as it relates to community

  • In conjunction with the development team, manage development and delivery of clear, concise messages to players

  • Report relevant metrics for (RVRF) community team to managers to keep them abreast of team progress, risks, and challenges. Escalate departmental issues to managers where appropriate
